This is the first webinar in the Agriculture Climate Data series by the BC Agricultural Climate Adaptation Research Network. The webinar will focus on data available for agriculture researchers and agrologists that can be used to support research and farm management as well as develop decision support and forecasting tools. Stephanie Tam, from the BC Ministry of Agriculture, will provide a tour of Farmwest.com, the largest agricultural weather station network portal in the province. PCIC's Faron Anslow will provide an introduction to BC’s gridded climatology data and PCIC's Arelia (Werner) Schoeneberg will discuss the station and gridded hydrological model outputs that PCIC hydrologists have developed for the Peace, Fraser, and Columbia watersheds. This talk will be hosted by Shauna MacKinnon from the BC Agricultural Climate Adaptation Research Network and PCIC's Kari Tyler.
